🇺🇸As a future dietitian, I hate to see these dietitians providing false statements to their clients. A dietitian that has never worked out or followed a diet religiously in her life decides to study Nutrition and Dietetics just because she genetically looks fit and presentable. She has a professional photo of herself holding an orange in her office.She greets you wearing modern clothes with a hollywood smile.She uses her useless Tanita machine to get information on Mr. Walter's body composition.She gives him a generic diet and advises him to be active. Then she follows Mr. Walter's body composition with her stupid Tanita machine that messes up water, electrolytes and fat. And then she says, Congratulations Mr. Walter! We made it. We lost 10 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle.Wait.What? He gained 10 pounds of muscle just by walking at night being on a caloric deficit?! Do you really believe that? All Mr. Walter achieved was that he lost a lot of water and a little bit fat. Now he looks smaller with a flat ass and narrow shoulders. But guess what? Now he is fit, because he looks less bloated right? Ignorance and bullshit is everywhere. You have to support diet with a cardiovascular and resistance training. Stop using useless electronic body composition machine for God's sake!
