It’s ab day! I’ve never been so happy after an ab workout as I did after this one.
I’ve made a couple of friends try my ab circuits and some of them struggled a lot because they were beginners. That encouraged me to put together a circuit that could easily be made into a beginner friendly version! All of these exercises that I’m doing with the bosu ball I also converted into a form where it’ll be easier for people just starting out in their fitness journey or just a day when you wanna do something something but don’t wanna over exhaust yourself (me like 98% of the time). I just wanna say that even the most basic exercises are hard when performed on a bosu ball because of the level of balance it requires for your core. So if you’re a person looking to challenge yourself just do practically any ab exercises and incorporate bosu balls into it and wait for your abs to hate you ♥️ Two versions-first will be with bosu ball (challenging version)-second is the easier version
1️⃣cacoon crunch (bosu ball hold on to the plate the entire time, in the easier version switch plate back and forth from hand to shins)
2️⃣single weighted jackknife crunch
3️⃣two jacks and two crossover mountain climbers
4️⃣elbow to knee side crunch
Everything for 15 reps X 4 rounds and a whole lot of crying after ♥️
