So ask yourself... is my gyms/coaches programming making me better, or just continually destroying me?? Anyone can put a killer workout on paper that will destroy you on the daily. But... are those killer workouts destroying you with an end goal? That’s the real question! Is the programming you’re pouring your energy and time into making you better over time? Or is it just knocking you on your ass every day? If you’re an athlete with goals you need to figure this out! Find a gym/coach with goal oriented programming. Because kicking your ass everyday doesn’t always make you better unless there’s a specific goal that’s is calculated into your work plan. Goal orientated program is a must for those looking to increase/improve their performance. Find programming that fits your needs. Don’t get stuck somewhere just because you like the people around you. Because in 10/20 years will those people still be in your life... maybe.. maybe not... but the results of your efforts will be! In this video we see athlete @kendraj86 kicking butt with 65KG haulting snatch. She completed 4/2 today. This may not be a world record... but it’s a huge step for her as an athlete to simply be repping out her old 1RM! She moved with consistent technique and confidence! 🏋🏾♂️💪🏾 changes and improvements like these don’t happen over night, and are not accidents.
