I think we can all agree fall is the BEST time of year to cook with seasonal ingredients. On Sunday we are hosting a virtual potluck in our wellness group & I had to show this little sneak peek 🤗 Starting tomorrow, I’ll be traveling for the rest of the month, which means no more cooking or home meals for me 👎🏼 So last night I rolled out the gamut and prepared a bunch of fall inspired recipes that I’m going to share in our virtual potluck. Our wellness group is full of people from all over the country, all living extremely busy lives, so it’s not always easy getting together and sharing in person. Hell - I don’t even know what city I’ll be in Monday. So we’ve created a fun little way that our community can still come together + celebrate all of the goodness and nourishment that this season has to offer and I’m pretty damn excited for it!! •
