People often believe, it's difficult to make a good breading, but it's quite the opposite. My bro Em hesitated for long doing a breading himself due to that thought, but once you tried it, you'll see how easy it is.
You'll need low trays filled with flour, a scrambled raw egg and breadcrunbs. You simply need to cover each piece of meat evenly in all three ingredients in the following order - flour, egg, crumbs.
The breading doesn't have to be thick, it only needs to be evenly. Once you fry it, it gets the right texture.
Once you breaded all schnitzel, you can fire up your pan with some clarified butter to deep fry the schnitzel for about a minute on each side. Once you have them in the pan you should scoop hot butter onto the upper sides to fry the breading, thus flipping the schnitzel will be easier. Afterwards season them with salt and pepper.
As a sidedish you can serve whatever potatoes you like, but mostly people will take French fries, so today I'm eligible to take part at #friendsfriesfriday.

Let me tell you, helping in the kitchen is nothing for the faint of heart. Sometimes you need some real strength because a good smackin' is necessary.

I would like to show you, how one of my favorite dishes is prepared - 'Schnitzel a la viennese'. As we don't make them from veal, but from pork, it can't be called a genuine Viennese Schnitzel, but that's the way we like it best.
The preparation is quite easy. The first step is the most fun part - if you like a good spanking, this is for you.
You need two little pork minute steaks per person. They need to be tenderised and flattened. For that, put them between layers of cellophane, thus it's gonna be less messy. If you have a meat tederiser, good, but its more fun using a heavy castiron pan. In the end the steaks shouldn't be thicker than 0,5cm.
