So British Finals yesterday. Humbled to be part of it for the second year in a row. Won't lie, absolutely gutted I didn't place. I mean I came 6th last year. And I'm not gonna pretend I compete to just better myself, I want to win, that's why I do it. Trained hard, put on 3.7kg of stage weight and was leaner, which is pretty good progression and if I'm completely honest I was pretty confident of placing and beating my last years result. But it wasn't to be. Standard was very high and congratulations to the winners and everyone else that was there yesterday. At first I did feel bitter if I'm completely honest, but every other athlete has gone through prep and all the shit that comes to it and the placings and trophies are deserved.
Thanks to all that wished me well and came to support me. Am so so grateful.
Big shout to @haider_m for putting 3.7kg of lean stage weight on this tiny frame! I hear so much of absent PT's, which makes me feel even more blessed with to have this boy.
Thanks @justin_mr_jt for your support this year with @bpi_sports_uk and I will repay your faith in me ❤
