Healthy mac & cheese
INGREDIENTS - Onion
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1. Chop peeled onion, potato, and carrots into squares.
2. Place chopped potatoes into a boiling pot of water for 2 minutes, carrots for 5, and onions for 7 minutes respectively.
3. Place boiled vegetables with water, cashews, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and nutritional yeast into blender.
4. Boil Macaroni pasta and drain. Pour blended mixture onto macaroni pasta and enjoy!
