Snap before last nights quad and calf workout using @efectivnutri pwo.
Managed to get some squats in last night, nothing heavy but it’s an improvement. Still haven’t deadlifted for a few months which sucks but I have to look at the bigger picture with my back recovery.
Weighed in yesterday 1.5kg lighter than last week, probably due to increased energy expenditure. Some days I’ll over eat, some days I’ll massively under eat which isn’t ideal and not done purposely but has worked out ok until now but I really need to start tracking macros so that I don’t turn up to bodypower like a piece of gammon 😅
