On Tuesday, November 8th, while Republicans took back the White House and held on to the House and Senate, at least three incumbents in Florida actually lost due to their support of the discriminatory anti-Christian homosexual agenda.
In Northern Florida, long-time incumbent John Mica, Orlando, lost to his Democratic challenger Stephanie Murphy. Mica betrayed conservative Christians that supported him for years, when in an extraordinary act of desperation and cowardice, he signed on to support a federal expansion of so-called homosexual rights to create a new protective class for gender identity and gender expression.
On the West coast of Florida, David Jolly, a two-term Pinellas congressman lost to Democrats and will not be returning to Washington, DC. He lost to Charlie Crist, Florida’s former governor and attorney general. Immediately after his election, Jolly betrayed voters, after campaigning against so-called homosexual marriage, he flipped and came out in support of it.
In South Florida, Miguel Diaz de la Portilla in Miami lost to his Democratic challenger, State House Representative Jose Javier Rodriguez, after drawing the ire of Christian voters by insisting on hearing the so-called Florida Competitive Workforce Act (FCWA) in his committee not once, but twice! Thankfully, CFC Florida was there to defeat this discriminatory homosexual/transsexual bill both times!
