Ok! So now that you all know I’m officially a Registered Holistic Nutritionist 🍏 maybe I should tell you what the heck that means and what I can do for you 😁
But let’s start with what I don’t do shall we?
I don’t make you count calories or measure your food.
I don’t give you a giant list of things you must change in order to be healthy.
I don’t leave you high and dry to figure things out on your own.
I don’t recommend programs or products that I wouldn’t use myself or that I don’t completely trust.
What I do do (do do 😂reminds me of a Friends episode) is help you on YOUR journey. Everyone’s journey looks different and that’s an amazing thing!
I do look at you with a holistic lens which means the whole you, mind body, spirit (yep our health is more than just the food we eat, it’s the thoughts we think and the feelings we feel and a few other things too). Nutrition is not a one size fits all kind of deal so I work with you and customize a plan that fits your uniqueness.
I do put you in charge of your own health! I am here to provide what you ask for, be it meal plans, food prep strategies, recipes, stress management, heck I will even toss in some yoga, but you are the one truly in charge of your health, I am just here for support and coaching as you need it. But that does mean if you ask me to be a hard ass on you I’ll do it! (Because I love ya)
