The old deload week PR. After my girl @xxsamanthafit hit a PR on her overheads this morning, when the opportunity presented itself, I couldn't pass it up. From the first rep, everything felt really light, so when 280 went up, I figured 310 was in the cards. I didn't even get a good pop of my chest, so I think sometime in the next month 325-330 will go up. Anyway, all counts as a deload since I only did 3 reps over 80%. Finished with shit you would find in a more traditional deload.
