Nicely done for the 80/20 feat. Vesper. The Art of Thai Cuisine was extraordinary. My favourite was the squid Pad Kaprow, paired with the witty and humorous Pad Kaprow cocktail with a touch of baby corn and carrot! 🤣
The slow cooked pork belly in satay spices was a delight as well as straight-out-of-childhood-memory cocktail consisted of Milo, egg yolk (I kno right?!), port wine (!!), smoky Islay Whiskey and coconut sugar.
Still dreaming about the deliciously refreshing ‘Fon’ (Rain), gin, jasmine, coconut water, oolong tea and pandan leafs. I wanted more and now looking forward to the Asia Book Collection soon at Vesper! 😁
