All I can say is, YOU can also make this type of transformation; the secret? Make it a LIFESTYLE change. Sounds easier said than done but take baby steps. Go walking 10min a day and increase it by another 10min when it starts to feel easy. Then you can start jogging in the same way. That's how I started (jogging around my neighborhood before school every morning) before I even got a gym membership. I fell in love with exercising for longevity purposes and extending my life
One of the most important things is to also surround yourself with encouraging & positive people 🙏🏽 if you're in this situation, just remember the results won't come overnight. It'll take lots of discipline and consistency
Also, thank you to @nubreednutrition for making quality products that I've been using exclusively since 2012!!! As you can see yesterday's post, we're only making it better by giving what the people want. Products that's tastes good and actually works!
