**Long Post But Read If You Can** I hope this collage encourages you.
Many message me and ask me what i did in the beginning and how they should begin their journey. What to do, how to do it? The best advice I can ever give you is embracing the lifestyle change.
It's not a temporary diet, it's not a temporary bulk and cut season, it's not a micro, meso, macro cycle periodization; it is a lifestyle.
Through this lifestyle you will encounter many many many seasons of trial and error. In this lifestyle you will be challenged by many doubts, pain, and discouragement; you conquer this by conquering your old self to be your new self. You change the way you think so you can change and become the person you want to be. (Romans 12:1-8)
The physical changes we see are cool but the person inside you that continues to develop and mature in life, through life, is beyond anything we can physically change. This is the challenge and this is the hardest part of any journey. If you grasp this, you can build your life and your body on a firm foundation that will not falter.
As for history & future fitness goals:
17 - i was 320 pounds (heaviest was 330)
22 - i was 165 pounds (lightest I've ever been and met my mentor and coach @mohookups and the best protein supplement company @cnpperformance)
23 - i stepped on stage at 170 pounds (self coached and lesson learned)
26 - I'm at 185 in the picture
27 - I'm due for another transformation and to beat my last show conditioning and I'm confident that i will. (decade of dedication to transformation)
