This week am taking a break from my normal routine of #VersaClimbing & joining the team @no1_bootcamp for some structured training nutrition & active recovery. _ We are presented with a daily timetable including 06:30am starts for morning cardio based workouts. Breakfast, then a strength or metabolic workout followed by some boxing. On to Lunch and an afternoon hike or mountain bike. Dinners are early to get you back to bed for rest. _ The nutrition is tailored to the individual needs but on day 1 they had me on the @inbodyuk machine to track and monitor my progress.

Great afternoon taking part in @teamathleticlife with @aid.strong.girls.squad & @activeinstyle. _ A big shout out to our epic team - we were crowned winners & somehow I managed to be #mostpowerfulman 😳despite me not even having to be on a #Versaclimber during the challenge. _ In 2017 all my cardio has been / is #versaclimbing and today was a great personal test to reassure me how effective Versa training is and how transferable the results are to running, spinning and general fitness.
