🔹 tag someone who wants/needs bigger biceps!

Pro tip: Straight bar curls are one of my top exercises for building bigger, fuller biceps. Notice how I am not swinging the my back out trying to curl the bar and that's because I don't care how much weight I move. I care more about how I control the weight and how effectively I can concentrate on solely targeting my biceps. My grip is slightly wider than my shoulders which causes external rotation and targets more of the inner bicep head. For the next set I hold the bar with a narrow grip to target more of the outer head which is important for building that peak! I normally alternate my grips just to ensure I get that full development! Next time you're in the gym be sure to give it a try. My typical rep ranges go like this:

1. 15-20 reps neutral grip
2. 8-12 reps wide grip
3. 8-12 reps inner grip
4. 6-8 reps neutral grip
5. Increase the weight after each set!
