Plan to fail if you fail to plan!
I start PiYo bright and early Monday morning! SO excited for this but was dreading meal planning. I'm terrible at it. I love carbs, and seeing only 2 servings allowed a day made me go into denial a bit 😂
Not as worried about workouts, but super nervous for the meal planning! But I have goals, and I need to follow them!
Disclaimer: I didn't put as many servings of certain things as it falls for. I fell right on the line of Plan B and Plan C so I'm going to just listen to my body and have some extra veggies and fruits available if I get hungry! I made a few accommodations to help me slowly ease in, but overall I'll be sticking to the plan pretty darn good!👋😋💪
