Veggie noodles with a creamy basil sauce. The base was made with sautéed onion and tomato, raw green beans, mushrooms and 2 spiralized zucchinis and carrot mixed over very low heat in a little bit of coconut oil.
🍃The sauce was made by blending the zucchini ends (from the spiralized zucchini), half a date, teaspoon of lemon juice, teaspoon of tamari, basil, pepper and Italian herbs. Topped with a few pumpkin seeds.
I’m currently reading ‘Thyroid Healing’ by Anthony William @medicalmedium and I love this about basil: it helps reduce nodules, cysts, and tumors, and hold anticancer compounds to help prevent thyroid cancer.
