Rezept f眉r ca. 14 St眉ck:
200 g Marzipan
50 g gemahlene #Saltletts Laugen Cracker
50 g gemahlene Mandeln
100 g Puderzucker
40 ml Nussmilch
ca. 100 g dunkle Schokolade
7 Saltletts Maxi #Salzstangen
Marzipan, gemahlene Laugen Cracker und Mandeln, Nussmilch und聽Puderzucker zu einem klebrigen Teig verkneten und 30 Minuten kalt stellen.
Die Maxi Salzstangen vorsichtig mit einem Messer halbieren. Den Teig zu ca. 30 g schwere Kugeln formen und jeweils eine halbe Maxi Salzstange in die Mitte dr眉cken. H盲nde befeuchten, falls der Teig dran klebt. Auf聽ein Backblech, belegt mit Backpapier legen und ca. 10-12 Minuten bei 175掳C Umluft backen, bis die聽Oberfl盲che anf盲ngt聽leicht braun zu werden.聽Danach unbedingt auf dem Backblech ausk眉hlen lassen und nicht anfassen.

馃 Sab铆as qu茅? La quinoa es un pseudo cereal completo ya que posee todos los amino谩cidos esenciales para formar una prote铆na.
馃憠 Es rico en hierro, calcio, f贸sforo, vitaminas y fibra.
馃憠 No posee gluten! 馃尵 Por lo tanto puede ser consumida por personas cel铆acas o intolerantes.
馃憠 Importante! Antes de cocinarla se la debe lavar 7 veces para eliminar la "saponina" un jab贸n que es t贸xico para el organismo.
馃 C贸mo hacemos para lavarla? Prob茅 de varias formas y la que me result贸 m谩s f谩cil es:
鉁 colocar un lienzo limpio sobre un colador 鉁 agregar la quinoa 鉁 lavar bajo chorro de agua potable hasta que no haga m谩s espuma (ver foto).
馃 C贸mo la cocinamos? Es una de las preguntas que m谩s me hacen en el consultorio! 馃憠 Ponemos por cada parte de quinoa tres partes de agua (1-3), la hervimos y colocamos la Quinoa (como el arroz), dejamos hervir durante 15 minutos y luego bajamos el fuego a m铆nimo hasta que se absorba toda el agua (debe quedar como la de la foto). 馃憠 Una vez cocida, la podemos condiment茅 y consumir acompa帽ada con vegetales o usar para hacer una preparaci贸n (yo prepar茅 hamburguesas 馃憣)

Torta Mousse de Avocado com lim茫o 馃崑馃 #vegan Para a base: 80g de t芒maras sem caro莽o (se tiver dura demais, deixe 10 minutos na 谩gua quente), 100g de am锚ndoas, 50g de sementes (usei um mix de ab贸bora e girassol), 2 colheres de sopa de 贸leo de coco. Para a base bata todos os ingredientes no processador at茅 ficar uma massa boa para modelar. N茫o bata muito para manter o crocante das nuts. 馃崸 Para o mousse: 3 avocados, 2 sucos de lim茫o, raspas de 1 lim茫o, 6 colheres de sopa de agave (ou mais ou menos- v谩 provando), 10 colheres de sopa de 贸leo de coco. Bata tudo no liquidificador at茅 ficar um creme liso e brilhante. V谩 paranfo e mexendo. Pronto! Agora 茅 s贸 montar! Adicione a massa da base em uma forma de fundo remov铆vel pequena ou em formas de silicone de cupcake (rendem 6 tortinhas) deixa bem certinha a altura da base em todos os lados. Depois disso, adicione o creme de abacate. Leve ao freezer por 20 a 30 minutos at茅 ficar firme, mas n茫o congelado.
