Today's evening snack at my home, full preparation and making video post.
Mirchi Pakode and Tea.
About Mirchi Pakode:

Mirchi bava (chili cutlet) is a spicy Indian snack consisting of chili (mirchi ) and potato or cauliflower stuffing, served hot with tomato sauce or occasionally with mint and tamarind chutney. Banana pepper is used for making mirchi bada.

About Tea:

Chinese varieties of tea were first introduced into India by the British, in an attempt to break the Chinese monopoly on tea.The British, "using Chinese seeds, plus Chinese planting and cultivating techniques, launched a tea industry by offering land in Assam to any European who agreed to cultivate tea for export.
Maniram Dewan (1806-1858) was the first Indian tea planter, and is credited with establishing the first commercial plantations of the Assamese variety of tea.
Tea was originally only consumed by Anglicized Indians, and it was not until the 1980s (and in rural North India, the 2000s) that tea grew widely popular in India through a successful advertising campaign by the Tea Board.Prior to the British, the plant may have been used for medicinal purposes. Some cite the Sanjeevani tea plant first recorded reference of tea use in India.

The tea cultivation begun there [India] in the nineteenth century by the British, however, has accelerated to the point that today India is listed as the world's leading producer, its 715,000 tons well ahead of China's 540,000 tons, and of course, the teas of Assam, Ceylon (from the island nation known as Sri Lanka), and Darjeeling are world famous. However, because Indians average half a cup daily on per capita basis, fully 70 percent of India's immense crop is consumed locally."

Research and History:
Kadhi or karhi is an Indian dish. It consists of a thick gravy based on chickpea flour, and contains vegetable fritters called pakoras, to which Dahi(yogurt) is added to give it little sour taste. It is often eaten with boiled rice or roti.

Place of origin India Main ingredients:Yogurt, chickpea flour, vegetables, water Cookbook: Kadhi

In Northern India, pakoras are added to the chickpea gravy and sour yogurt is added to add flavour to it. They are eaten either with boiled rice or roti. In Rajasthan and Gujarat, it is usually served with khichdi, roti, paratha or rice. It is considered a light food. Rajasthaniand Gujarati kadhi differs from the Uttar Pradesh variety. Traditionally, it is sweeter than the other variants, because sugar or jaggery is added to it, but it can be made without sugar for a more sour taste. It is eaten without pakoras and its consistency is slightly thinner. The Gujarati kadhi is made preferably from buttermilk as it gives a more smooth texture compared to yogurt. Variations on this basic dish includes the addition of certain vegetables, notably bhindi (okra) in which case it is known as bhinda ni kadhi. In PunjabKadhi is a simple, quick winter meal. Made from Besan (also known as chickpea flour or Gram Flour) to thicken the consistency, and adding pakoras, it is eaten with either long grain basmati rice or, (more commonly) with a roti. Unlike the rest of India, sour yoghurt is not added, just full fat buttermilk, or unsweetened yoghurt.
