Breakfast! Yes fresh cinnamon oats this morning. I topped them with my made from scratch pear 🍐 apple stick compote. ⬅️ I'll explain that in the next post.
I made the oats extra creamy with @califiafarms almond coconut milk and I added a bit of spice and fragrance to the water with cinnamon, that's why the water looks brown in the clip. I also added raw oats to the already cooked portion so the kids had texture as well as some extra health benefits. Swip to see those pictures in reverse. Raw oats are higher in resistant starch which is good for digestion. Oats in general are good and help you maintain weight, balance blood sugar, lower blood pressure, etc. This was an awesome home cooked meal that they loved. #momwin #easyveganmeals #easyvegetarian .

Amendoim doce crocante

Tinha amendoim aqui , ai procurei receitas na internet e achei essa.
Super fácil e dá certo sim , só ter paciência porque na hora que você achar que deu errado, calma! No final vai dar certo. Haha

INGREDIENTES

500g de amendoim cru

2 xícaras de chá de açúcar

1 xícara de chá de água

1 colher sobremesa de fermento em pó( usei uma colher rasa de café)
2 colheres sobremesa de chocolate ( usei umas 3)
1 colher de sobremesa canela em pó

MODO DE PREPARO

Leve os ingredientes ao fogo em uma panela grande, porque o fermento espuma bastante

Mexa com uma colher de pau até desgrudar( Nessa parte que foi o problema , não desgrudou o meu mas ficou bem sequinho mas não crocante)
Esparrame os grãos em uma assadeira e leve ao forno para torrar ( nessa fase que ele fica crocante , eu coloquei no forno a 200 ° e fui mexendo de 5-10 minutos até que ficasse bem crocante como eu queria.)

One of our new faves - sweet potato chilli 😍 we usually have this at the market on Saturdays and that is obviously a lot tastier but my homemade version was pretty nice too! Packed full of fibre, vitamins and iron so I don’t mind the less healthy nachos it’s served with..and it it is Saturday night after all 😋

So what better to get my fix then these nutritious oven baked sweet potatoes🍠 with home made ketchup (it’s so much TASTIER then the store bought thing) from @onehandedcooks 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️ —Perfect sweet potato oven fries—
- 2 medium (long and thin) Organic sweet potatoes . - 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika .

***Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180c. Scrub the sweet potatoes with a vegetable brush well under water. Let dry. Keeping the skin on (this is why I prefer to use organic potatoes) slice into finger like shapes. Melt coconut oil and stir in paprika. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine. Lay fries in a single layer on baking paper on top of a tray. Cook for 40- 60minutes, until some of their edges begin to go brown. Enjoy!
