As you all know (who follow me) 👈🏻 I very much like to cater my page to all audiences and all diet choices , so this is to my Vegan Followers or anyone wishing to try a vegan way of life, this lovely post was made by @so_plantbased 🙌🏻✨

Being healthy as a vegan and getting all the macro- and micronutrients in (i.e. eating healthy and balanced) isn't difficult, let alone impossible. And eating healthy doesn't mean you have to eat "clean" 100% of the time.

Studies have shown that you're getting all the beneficial effects of a healthy diet even if you're "only" eating 80% "clean" foods and 20% "unclean" foods. So focus on Unprocessed ("clean") plant Foods (like fruit, veggies, potatoes, whole grains, legumes...) and then you're always free to add some processed vegan products (e.g. Plant Milks, Tofu, Clifbars, Vegan Mayo, Oreos...).

Of course you don't have to include this processed vegan foods in your diet if you don't want to. But for me and also for many of my clients is so much easier if we are able to enjoy also chocolate, fries, vegan burgers, ice cream etc.☺ Because health doesn't only mean physical health, it's about your mental health as well! And if you're always restricting yourself, saying "Oh no, I mustn't Eat this piece of cake! It's unhealthy and I'll get fat!", it will stress you and you'll develop an unhealthy relationship with food.

So my advice would be to include all this yummy vegan processed foods in your diet, thus creating a healthy, balanced diet and having a healthy relationship with food ☺💓🌿

🍫 Avocado Chocolate bites 📷 by @monsflavors 🚨🚨Recipe:
1cup avocado ripe
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds nut butter
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup raw agave/ maple syrup
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Vegan chocolate for coating
Method
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender except chocolate until smooth
Transfer into a plastic square container and freeze until set .
Roll them in shape of small balls or any shape you prefer
Melt chocolate and dip avo balls into it and keep it on parchment paper and set it in the freezer again to harden .
garnish with edible flowers and orange segments for extra taste. Enjoy! #thevegansclub 🍫

La avena es una de las mejores fuentes de energía que existen, ayuda a bajar de peso, mejora el sistema nervioso, la digestión, tiene proteínas de gran valor y es buena para el corazón.

Ingredientes
1 tazas de leche de almendras (echa en casa o comprada)

¼ taza de avena en hojuelas o avena instantánea

1 ramita de canela

Preparación

En una olla a fuego medio, mezcla la avena con la leche de almendra y agrega la canela. Mueve constantemente.

Cuando la leche comience a hervir, baja el fuego al mínimo y cocina removiendo por 5 minutos, hasta que la avena comience a espesar.

Agrega azúcar o endulzante y mueve otra vez.

Sirve en un tazón hondo, puedes cubrir con fresas y arándanos y espolvorear canela en polvo.
