Dinner for the champs tonight. White sticky rice, organic edamame sautéed until crispy with a little arrowroot powder and some coconut aminos. Some soy seitan hydrated, and sautéed with fresh garlic, and @werubyou Korean bbq sauce until thickened and smothered. Topped with cilantro, lime juice, avocado, black and white sesame seeds and called it a night. Now I’m ready for some World of Dance and some mama milk tea- and now my hubbys finally home so I’m doing my happy dance. 💃🏻🌿🙌🏻 Our day went well and we shared most of it on our stories!
