Currently doing three juicy peach days per week in the new program. Going to try to hammer home on the glutes more often in different ways to see if that facilitates any new growth. Here I am teaching myself for sumo deadlifts with a very light weight focusing on finding the right stance, finding the right butt height for best leverage, finding the right glute& quad squeeze at the top (spreading cheeks at the bottom 😜) and tearing the bar off the floor like my life depends on it. This was two weeks ago. Did my 3rd sumo dead session this morning and listen 3 x 8 at 125. I'm pretty careful to prevent injury so I like slow progressions. The awesome thing is... this is my career. I can practice anytime. #lovewhatyoudo

It really is horrible how protein deficient and malnourished my body & muscles look. Every time I see myself I look smaller. Obviously a plant based diet is lacking on so many fronts. Even though I didnt work out today and this pic is off a dirty window, my arm looks soooo puny, dont ya think?. Horrible situation, really.

Uh...in case you don't know, I'm joking. Dealt with more than one uneducated clown recently stating how inferior plant proteins. News flash...all proteins are made up of amino acids...whether from plant sources or animal. Aminos are aminos. It isn't what you eat, but what you digest and assimilate that matters, and plant based foods are almost always easier to digest than meats and dairy, and don't cause inflammation in the body like every single animal protein does.

Also the only reason any animals you eat have protein & amino acids for you to eat is because they ate a bunch of plant based food. Plants are condensed sunlight really. I choose to go as close to the source as possible (probably why I sun gaze too).
