It really is horrible how protein deficient and malnourished my body & muscles look. Every time I see myself I look smaller. Obviously a plant based diet is lacking on so many fronts. Even though I didnt work out today and this pic is off a dirty window, my arm looks soooo puny, dont ya think?. Horrible situation, really.
Uh...in case you don't know, I'm joking. Dealt with more than one uneducated clown recently stating how inferior plant proteins. News flash...all proteins are made up of amino acids...whether from plant sources or animal. Aminos are aminos. It isn't what you eat, but what you digest and assimilate that matters, and plant based foods are almost always easier to digest than meats and dairy, and don't cause inflammation in the body like every single animal protein does.
Also the only reason any animals you eat have protein & amino acids for you to eat is because they ate a bunch of plant based food. Plants are condensed sunlight really. I choose to go as close to the source as possible (probably why I sun gaze too).
