before going vegan, I didn't realize how much I would end up caring about animals 🐮🐷 and the planet 🌎 initially, I went vegan because I needed to listen to my body, and address my health issues. i had a really bad relationship with food. i would stress eat like crazy, and binge on junk food. i was introduced to the "ethics" part of veganism through my little sister. she showed me how animals are treated, and the effects of supporting the dairy, meat, and fish (overfishing) industries.
as a vegan, I am much more cognizant of my actions and how it impacts my health, and my surroundings. i'm much more appreciative of all life, as well as the planet we live on. regarding heath issues, i'm rarely bloated (I used to be everyday before going vegan). my workouts are also a lot more fulfilling because I don't feel sluggish ever. i feel really good about myself when I extend my knowledge to others since things like these are often overlooked. it's not weird to give a shit about the planet!
take the time to educate yourself on how you can preserve our earth. after all, it's your home and wouldn't you want to have it for generations to come. 💕🌲🌻♻️🌸
