Snack: Savory Granola Bar American Style @papicante_ (Glutenfree + Vegan)

🇺🇸 Ingredients:
👉 50ml Salt reduced Tamari
👉 1 Table spoon Paprika Powder
👉 1 Tea Spoon Garlic Powder
👉 1 Tea Spoon Onion Powder
👉 1 Table spoon Thyme
👉 5 Leaves Basil
👉 15g Agave syrup
👉 Pepper
Cut the Tofu into qubes Cover it in the marinade and leave it in the fridge for at least 1h.

👉 1 El Paprikapulver
👉 1 TL Knoblauchpulver
👉 1 TL Zwiebelpulver

Travelling has got me craving home cooked meals like this plate of goodness full of nutrients 🌱

Ingredients:
70g brown rice (dry weight)
100g cauliflower
1/2 mixed peppers
1/2 can of black beans
1/4 courgette
60g tenderstem broccoli 🥦
50g mushrooms 🍄
1/2 medium sweet potato / 1 small
1/4- 1/2 avocado 🥑
Handful of spinach
Sprinkle of nutritional yeast
Herbs and spices: Paprika, garlic powder, mixed herbs, black pepper.
1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and season with herbs and spices and sprinkle some nutritional yeast on. Cut the sweet potato into small cubes and do the same before roasting in the oven at 200 degrees for around 30 minutes. Flip half way through.
2. Rinse and put the brown rice on boil for the same amount of time.
3. Start sautéing the vegetables starting with the ones that take longer to cook- broccoli, peppers, mushrooms and then the rest. I always add the spinach last minute or have it raw with my meal to reap the most nutrients. Add the black beans too.
4. Once all cooked, add to a plate and top with sliced avocado and more nutritional yeast.

Spirulina smoothie bowl topped with banana, caramelized agave walnuts and chia seeds. To thicken and flavor the smoothie I used rolled oats, the rest of the banana, desiccated coconut, a couple of dates and almond milk. The caramelized walnuts are a bit decedent, I won't lie.
