Colourful brunching! 💚❤💖🌻 Tofu scramble 2 ways (lol basically silken + firm), avocado, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, stir fried chesnut mushrooms and baby plum tomatoes with lettuce made into epic lettuce tacos🌮🍃😋 For the scramble I used 1/4 pack of @cauldronfoods firm tofu and @clearspringuk silken tofu. Chick'n & mushroom risotto😋 Not made risotto for years! I was excited to use my @betterthanbouillon 'no-chicken base'(scroll for pic) and it was really good😋 I used @lindamccartneyfoods pulled chicken and @buteislandfoods hard style cheeze from Tesco which was perfect😊 it's really hard to make it look pretty or even remotely photo worthy but it doesn't matter when it tastes so dam good!
