Tastes like dessert, looks like a smoothie and have ALL THE BENEFITS OF A SALAD!!
Let me explain everything what’s inside so you can all understand what I’m talking about and why this is soooooo good, fast, convenient and most importantly good for your health!
Not every day you have the time to chop a salad....neither to eat it (let’s face it - salads have lots of VOLUME hence require more time spent eating it!). Also I don’t crave salads 3 times a day... or even every day. But still I want to have a variety of vegetables in my diet! 🌽🥕🥒🍆🍅🥑
This SALAD SMOOTHIE works very well for me! Try it and maybe you are going to like it as well!!
🔸 KIWI - high in vit C, fiber, digestion help, minerals, alkaline (⬇️ acidity)
🔸 BROCCOLI - vit C, K, potassium, fiber, lower rates of cancer
🔸 ASPARAGUS - natural diuretic, full of antioxidants - vit E (skin, immune system)
🔸 CUCUMBER - potassium, magnesium, silica (connective tissue strength), reduces risks of kidney stones, helps lower blood pressure
🔸 AVOCADO - great source of omega-3, vit C, E, K, B-6
🔸 BEET ROOT POWDER - lowers LDL cholesterol, antioxidants, supports liver detoxification, anti-inflammatory.
I got this powder because it’s very convenient and has all the benefits kept in it!
🔸 COCOA POWDER - iron (red blood cells), magnesium (energy, heart health), zinc (supports immune system), antioxidants prevents inflammation
🔸 CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER - well here we all know - retaining and building our precious muscles 💪🏼
I would use plant based powder if I had. This one was whey.
I accidentally found out that Chocolate flavor goes very well with veggies!
