This meal tastes incredible and is an amazing combination of super nutritious ingredients! My recommendation for Seitan products (or wheat protein in general): Definitely include them in your diet if you struggle to hit your protein, because they're a super lean vegan protein source, but like I mentioned before, try to get your daily protein from different sources to get a full amino acid profile. I personally limit my wheat protein to 20-30g daily. ☺️

Happy Monday! After spending last week in NYC and eating vegan junk food every day I am happy to start eating my normal food again. I am missing @terrirestaurant and @dunwelldoughnuts already though 😭
Since I had to leave for uni early today I only had a quick chocolate protein smoothie bowl but I would have loved to have these oatmeal jars with fresh berries 🍓 I wish strawberries were still in season 😞
