RECEITA:

1/2 pé de alface
Uma porção de rúcula
Uma porção de talos e folhas de brócolis
2 maçãs
1 inhame crú
1 cenoura
1 pedaço de gengibre
1 limão para espremer depois de tudo pronto
Passei tudo na centrífuga e espremi o limão ao final.
