🇱🇷Ciao guys!🙌 When the ingredients are fresh and delicious you don't need to add much to them, they just need some love and care. 💟This juicy and succulent marinated grilled pleurotus paired with simple polenta that will enhance and compliment the strong flavours of the mushrooms, will blow your mind! At least mine did. If you love mushrooms you can't skip this recipe.🍄💟
◾ 400 gr of Polenta flour
◾ 400 gr of Pleurotus Mushrooms
◾ Olive oil
◾ 3 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
◾ 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
◾ A handfull of fresh chopped parsley
◾ Salt and pepper
🌱Cook the polenta following the packets direction. 🌱 Pour the mixure into an oiled fluted tart pan and let It cool down completely. 🌱 Once has settled bake in the oven for 20 minutes or untill becomes nice and cripsy 🌱 Meanwhile clean the mushrooms and marinate them for at least One hour with the garlic, vinegar, a glug of extra virgin olive oil, the parsley, Salt and pepper. 🌱 Grill the mushrooms until they are soft and tender approximately 5 minuets on each side. 🌱 Arrange them on top of the polenta cake and enjoy while they are still hot!
