We are in love with these peanut butter cups. This dessert has far fewer ingredients than commercial brands, making them taste better while being SO simple to make! --------------- - 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips - 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter (alternative Almond Butter) Melt Chocolate and Coconut Oil in the microwave for approximately 1 minute. Using a spoon, drop about 1 teaspoon of the warm mixture into a lined mini cupcake pan. Place the tray in the freezer for 5 minutes for the chocolate to set. Add 1/2 tsp of Nut Butter in the center of each chocolate base. Spoon the remaining chocolate to cover the nut butter. Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to set completely. Remove 5-10 mins before serving.
