Lots of talk around food in the gym this week. What you eating? How much are you eating? What times are you eating? Proteins, Fats, carbs!
You can feel the sense of urgency as summer approaches. In April we going to get focused on some good food options and go hard with vegan diet for 10 days. This is what I had in the last 12 hrs. Snacks last night fruit crackers cheese mixed nuts, I didn't have any wine but that would have went well for me 🤔.. this am you already know that breakfast of champions. Oatmeal fresh fruits on top some tea. Post workout Tuna on a croissant some guacamole and blue corn chips.. Don't ask me about calories cause I ain't counting them! 😁☺️ ride wit me.
