i've been really feeling the red lately and gravitating more toward fatty foods this season - healthy fats, of course. i've always been a fan of fatty foods though, specially in the mornings to keep me full throughout the day - bananas, peanut butter, almond butter, coconut butter, avocados, cashews... all foods from the earth to keep us balanced. fat isn't bad, friends. ignore the diet crazes. i follow a "use fat to burn fat" approach, all in moderation, and though what works for some, may not work for all, try not to eliminate all the good fats we need! your body will thank you lataaa!

Went to @aulacrestaurant and ordered the off menu Octopus (mushroom dish). So flavorful and quite good 😊 Mmm

What are your plans for today?
I slept very good and very long. It's 7.30 a.m. And that's pretty unusual for me... but I guess I needed this sleep and that's why it's okay☺
First of all I will enjoy a big glass of water and a nice cup of coffee ☕️ 😍 and then my breakfast ... 🌷 what kind of breakfast? While i write this I don't know yet 😃
We will visit a flee market later ... and enjoy this sunny day with walks, reading, talking and laughing 😍

Another one from #vegfestbristol2017. Vegan churros which went very nicely with my soya cappuccino. Well you have to treat yourself once in a while don't you.

Homemade everything here, except the organic sauces and cheese. These bad boys were done with leftovers from yesterday + potatoes 🥔 in the oven + freshly-baked buns + fresh spinach 🌱+ avocado 🥑+ tomatoes 🍅+ onions + vegan cheese 🧀+ peppers 🌶+ mustard + hot sauce + ketchup. Oh yeah, all in! #amirite

Dag 9; Var uppe igår och såg hockeyn, så jag var väl inte lika pigg imorse som jag varit de senaste dagarna när jag vaknade… 😅 Barnen rostade fröbröd, jag hängde på och tog dagens stora måltid direkt på morgonen. Gillar flexibiliteten och att det finns väldigt lite förbud i den här kickstarten! Leverpastejmackor, vaniljkvarg och granuola, färskpressad apelsinjuice, ett glas Aloe Vera gel och några rutor mjölkchoklad blev en bra start på dagen. Man kan tycka vad man vill om choklad, men jag väljer att kalla det balans. 😉
Rev av ett riktigt bra 30-minuterspass på crosstrainern och körde styrka efteråt. Det är en skön känsla när man känner att man har bra tryck i musklerna, eller hur?! 💪Nöjd!

Nöjd är jag även med hela kickstarten. Jag har nått mitt mål - blivit av med mitt sockersug och överlag fått mer ork och energi. Blev dessutom av med “muffinsmagen” på köpet. 😄👌 Nu är det upp till mig att inte falla tillbaka i gamla (o)vanor igen.

Today was huge. this morning trekking through Phanom Bencha National park. did a 600 metre accent. Sweaty. then over to Tiger Temple where I climbed 1260 steps to get some amazing shots of surrounding area. Paul couldn't do that bit...ankle. 😢. this was also very sweaty. now showered and off to eat our last meal here. Tofu Masaman Curry. delicious. x
