i've been really feeling the red lately and gravitating more toward fatty foods this season - healthy fats, of course. i've always been a fan of fatty foods though, specially in the mornings to keep me full throughout the day - bananas, peanut butter, almond butter, coconut butter, avocados, cashews... all foods from the earth to keep us balanced. fat isn't bad, friends. ignore the diet crazes. i follow a "use fat to burn fat" approach, all in moderation, and though what works for some, may not work for all, try not to eliminate all the good fats we need! your body will thank you lataaa!
