Girlllll.... Just wanted to show you that even though Instagram can make you feel bummed at everyones perfect face, I'm real and this is my real face. I don't have time to hide my dark circles but let me tell you how my skin got so clear! I started boycotting make up especially eye makeup when I made the connection to my lashes falling out and years of wearing mascara, under eye cover up and eyeliner. It made my eyelids itch right at the inside and stained my dark circles even darker. I'm not trying to be judgy just think someone should have made me aware that what you put on your skin you are basically eating since your skin absorbs it! Look for make up with ingredients you can eat safely. Watch out for the word fragrance because it can contain up to 4000 chemicals which are man made.. Also, if you still need eyeliner or brow filler you can use activated charcoal ($3 bottle lasted me a year!) And an eye brush.
The last pic is my blackheads free skin (I used to,use a tool to,dig them out 😫) after almost 2 years of almost no makeup, using only aloe vera and coconut oil to remove dirt (not using bar soap or any soap on my face) and not eating meat and dairy. Dairy is a major cause of bacteria thst cause acne and impurities on your face. Do your own research. I dare you 😘
The aloe vera i use is a fresh leaf which i pay $3.99 for and it lasts about 2 weeks or you can buy a plant and pay only once. Such a great vitamin e packed natural product should be huge but sadly there is no money in people who have clear skin... The moral of the story is you can have better skin without face washes and products. Sure it can take time to,adjust and you can make small,changes but your skin is your shell and you shouldn't feel like you are naked without products hiding it. That took me so long to accept after spending years of my life obsessed with hiding my flaws. You are enough ans you don't have to hide. ❤

Doğumlarla birlikte gelen kilo sorunuma yıllardır çözüm bulamadım. Daha doğrusu çözümü başka yerlerde aradım. Yaşadığım sorunsa sadece görsel kaygı değildi. Kilo ile birlikte boynum dümdüz oldu, bel fıtığı başlangıcım var ve dizlerim pert durumda, kalçamda ağrılarım oluyor. Güçsüzlük ve çabuk yorulma da diğer sorunlar.
Şimdiye kadar karatay diyeti, ketojenik diyet, diyetisyen diyeti, alkali diyet... Ne kadar diyet varsa denedim. Pardon dukan diyetini denememiştim. 😁
Artık olaya farklı bir yoldan bakmak istiyorum. Benim sorunumun çözümü diyet değil. Duygusal yiyiciyim ben çünkü. Bu yaptığım diyetler varolan problemi daha da büyüttü. En ufak streste kendimi yemek yerken buluyordum. Ama öyle böyle yemek değil. Hiçbir yiyecek yeterli gelmiyordu.
Benim çözümüm alışkanlıklarımı değiştirmek ve devam ettirmek üzerine olacak.
Bu arada yaklaşık 8 aydır veganım. Vegan olmamın sebebi asla kilo değil. Tamamen etik sebeplerden vegan oldum. Sağlığım üzerinde tabii ki güzel etkileri oldu. Kolesterol ve trigliserid değerlerim düştü. Karnımdaki şişlik indi. Sonra tamamen abur cubur, alkol ve kahve yüzünden demirim düştü. O dönem hayatımın en kötü dönemi oldu. Kolumu kaldıracak halim yoktu. Şu an tedavim hala devam ediyor. Kendimi çok iyi hissediyorum.
Benim için en doğru yol bu gibi görünüyor. Bunu anlamam 5 senemi alsa da asla pes etmeyen biriyim. Hep ne yapabileceğime odaklandım. İşte şimdi buradayım. Bu hesapla birlikte yeni alışkanlıkları oturtacağım. Artık sporun, meditasyonun, güzel beslenmenin günlük rutinlerim olmasını istiyorum. Stres yaşadığımda yemeklere sarılmak yerine kendimi sporla ya da meditasyonla sakinleştirmek istiyorum.
Kilo tabii ki önemli ancak aynada kendimi nasıl gördüğüm ve bu bedenin içinde nasıl hissettiğim daha önemli. Hem kilomu hem görüntümü hem de hislerimi paylaşmaktan çekinmeyeceğim. Bu hesabı açma sebebim bu. Şeffaf olmak...

Virgil eats, breathes and dreams of diggers. He can say dip stick, show you were to check the oil in a front loader, and can even tell you about thr boom on the arm of an excavator. Today we missed our morning park run but we got there late in the afternoon and couldn't believe how lucky we were to see a swarm of diggers parked at the quarry. 🚧🚜
Have you ever heard of thr laws of attraction? Have you ever tried visualization to reach your goals? I once was skeptical but now believe that it is all in your mind. How will you use yours to attract the life you want?
I try to visualize myself surrounded by like minded people, sharing my love of healthy eating and natural living, and raising my son on pesticide free food I've grown in our garden wirh my husband. I see us becoming debt free and home (unschool ing) our son. I want to grow enough food to sell our organic veggies at the farmers market to show my son how to be self sufficient and the value of hard work.
While i may not acheive all of these things it's never hurt anyone to visualize. So far I've visulaized into reality my husband, a baby, a home we call our own, a vegan friend with kids Virgil loves, a garden and a passion for the outdoors. 🌾🌲🌎

Looking back to when I was 50 lbs heavier, smoked 1-2 packs a days and ate a "see food eat it" diet some 6 years ago ... and at a time I wasn't feeling too well ... I use that as motivation today to stay on the path I'm on. New habits and behavior changes become easier to sustain over time and eventually just become a lifestyle. Find what motivates you, feed those positive thoughts and surround yourself with positive and supportive people.

2 дня подряд меня одолевали мысли о морковном пироге 😍 Я хорошо помню, как мы с мамой готовили его, но у нас был особый рецепт, который мы раздобыли в журнале про Барби 😂 До сих пор помню его вкус! Но вот рецепт - хоть убейте, канул в лету вместе со всеми куклами. Помню только, что морковка у нас была варёная и оооочень мелко натертая⠀

🥕🥧Морковный пирог с орехом пекан и курагой🥧🥕⠀

🔸500 г отварной моркови⠀
🔸160 мл кокосового молока⠀
🔸60 г овсяной муки⠀
🔸20 г кокосовой муки⠀
🔸25 г крахмала из тапиоки (можно кукурузный или картофельный)⠀
🔸20 г кокосовой стружки⠀
🔸85 г кристаллизованного подсластителя (можно кокосовый сахар или обычный)⠀
🔸15 г молотого льна⠀
🔸40 г порезанной кураги (ещё очень вкусно с кисленьким изюмом или клюквой)⠀
🔸40 г измельчённых орехов⠀
🔸1 ч.л. соды⠀
🔸1.5 ч.л. разрыхлителя⠀
🔸1.5 ст.л. яблочного уксуса⠀
🔸1 ч.л. ванильного экстракта⠀
🔸Корица, кардамон, мускатный орех по вкусу⠀
🔸Щепотка соли⠀

1️⃣Нагрейте духовку до 180 С. Форму застелите пекарской бумагой⠀
2️⃣Мокрая часть: в стакане смешайте молоко, молотый лён, ванильный экстракт и яблочный уксус и дайте постоять минут 5-10. Морковь взбейте в блендере или комбайне, затем добавьте к морковному пюре подготовленную смесь и хорошенько пробейте ещё раз⠀
3️⃣Сухая часть: просейте овсяную муку в миску, добавьте кокосовую муку, крахмал, соду и разрыхлитель, кокосовую стружку, соль, подсластитель (либо сахар) и специи. Перемешайте⠀
4️⃣Переложите мокрую часть в сухую, перемешайте, в конце введите измельченную курагу и орехи. Вылейте в подготовленную форму и выпекайте около 30 минут⠀
5️⃣Выньте из духовки и дайте полностью остыть⠀

Приятного аппетита! Особенно вкусен этот морковный пирог с миндальной пастой/урбечем и холодным кокосовым молоком 😍

😇 ЛИЦЕМЕРИЕ 😇 Знаете, искренне не понимаю друзей, которые лицемерят. Да, я никак иначе не могу называть данный феномен, и это понятие как нельзя кстати подходит. Я говорю о друзьях-мясоедах, которые говорят, что им жалко животных в то время, как над последними совершается насилие. 🔸Приведу пример:
Люди, проявляющие жалость к различным героям книг или кинофильмов. Когда я слышу, что мясоеду было жалко лошадь из сна Раскольникова, которую засекли плетьми до смерти («Преступление и наказание», если кто не читал), или возгласы о том, что кто-то поехал на охоту или рыбалку (мол как так, это же убийство, тебе что, не жалко животных убивать?) , то мне мягко говоря неприятно, ведь это и есть настоящее лицемерие. До сих пор удивляюсь, как можно не понимать столь простой и логичной связи между своими действиями и последствиями, которые они за собой несут. Каждый мясоед, который считает себя сторонником либерализма и равноправия, является нацистом; каждый мясоед, который говорит, что любит животных, ежедневно подвергает их страшнейшим мукам, после чего съедает их умерщвленные тела; каждый мясоед, считающий, что насилие недопустимо, каждый день спонсирует его, покупая в магазине очередную куриную грудку, бифштекс и т.д. Сейчас я не хочу никого призывать к вегетарианству, но просто подумайте, чего вы хотите: жить, противореча себе, или наконец перестать себе врать и оправдывать своё лицемерие.

This is how it is done guys, the secret is food and herbs. Yes you must follow the mucus reducing diet, this is step one. As I have said on here many times before, if the diet is poor herbs are of no use. Check out Tysconsciouskitchen.com for free alkaline recipes with video or The Electric Cupboard on Youtube . Step two: take a lot a lot of herbs. You all have seen how many herbs I take a day, don’t be shy with them, I look at my herbs the way I do my food, I will take a lot of these herbs for the rest of my life. Obviously, do your research because some herbs have side effects, depending on your condition, so not every Sebi approved herb should be taken by everyone and not every herb should be taken all the time. For example, Chaparral is one herb that may cause kidney issues after prolonged use, chaparral can be found in Dr. Sebi’s old Iron Plus formula, so when making my Iron Fluorine Blend I simply omitted that ingredient after a while because I didn’t want to be consistently taking something that could hurt my kidney. That being said, don’t take all the herbs together on the first day, incorporate one herb, then wait three days before incorporating a new herb until you are taking them all together. Why?, if your body rejects one of the herbs how will you know, when you have taken them all together? Start off by taking them separately and slowly adding in new ones! Moral of the story, it is very important to do your research and determine what herbs you can take long term.
