Just think about it. Who controls the information, that you are exposed to each and every day? It's the ones that will profit the most from that information. We live in a profit-driven society, where unfortunately, information is used as just another marketing tool. That information does not need to be credible. Animal agriculture does not care if the information is truthful. What they do care about is profit. Do your own research, stop being led by others who stand to profit the most, from our ignorance. Repost @markloveslife Great post from this #veganboy! ・・・ ⁉️Are you training the most important muscle when it comes to your strength?? * 💪Your inner strength! * 📕The other day I was out with friends at a party, there was delious looking cakes, cookies and chocolate everywhere. * 🎂When I was offered some of the cake I graciously declined and the host said "wow you're very disciplined!" * 🙅To her it might of seemed that way but it's not a habit of mine to do eat junk food and trust me it us to be (along many other bad habits). * 🎯When you first start out on a road to better health and wellbeing resisting temptation from salty, fatty and sugary treats can be extremely hard. * 🛠Breaking old habits isn't easy and before habits are built you will be required to use willpower. * 💪Willpower fatigues the more you use it just like a muscle and gets stronger the more you exercise it. * 🔋Willpower is like a battery that is fully charged at the start of the day and throughout the day little by little it is depleted by the following: * 📍Resisting temptation 📍Holding back emotions 📍Making decisions (big or small) 📍Ignoring distractions 📍Doing something you don't to do. * 👙So taking 10 minutes in the morning to deciding what to wear can be the reason you find it so hard to resist a chocolate bar in the evening. * 🐲So before you build habits you'll need to use willpower but once they'er in place it'll a breeze.
