As I made my last order for Vegan Cheesecake this evening, I was struck with immense gratitude for where EVERYTHING in my life is. It is almost comical to me how far me and my business have come in a year.———-
The past 2 weeks I have been reflecting on my past year after i found my book of the orders I had for Thanksgiving from last year. I can remember being really overwhelmed and thinking I was gonna fail, I had about 9 Cheesecakes and a few other side dish orders. This year I made around 50-60 vegan cheesecakes, 6 cookie trays and then everything else I made for this weeks 4 markets. All this means I have been going since the moment I wake up, walking 25,000 steps, burning 1300 calories, busting out a brand new cookie, prepping for an out of town market in Asheville, laughing and joking with Carmella’s staff the whole time. For the most part it was all done seamless and once again I am floored by the power of set intentions. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
