I never will get bored of old fashioned porridge:) Basic oatmeal
Ingredients: 3/4 cups activated rolled oats, 1/5 activated buckwheat, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 banana, cinnamon, sweetener of your choice (I mashed half of the banana)
Instruction: Soak the oats and buckwheat together for 12+ hours in water with a dash of apple cider vinegar over night. Drain oats and buckwheat in the morning, cook 3 minutes with soy milk and water, cut banana, when oats are cooked, ad sweetener (or 1/2 mashed banana) and a pinch of salt, add water if needed and serve in a bowl. Top it with banana, cinnamon, and ENJOY!
