Super Food Waffles, these are filled with all the goodies. (Recipe below) I just devoured these like a vacuum 😂 aside note is that I've been so busy with work, school, and trying to take care of my self. Oh boy how difficult it is to get any recipe testing done, but once I graduate I will have so much time to focus on recipes for my book and recipes I can share with y'all here. 1 cup of oat flour
2 small ripe bananas
1/2 a cup of hemp milk (or alternative)
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tsp of Chaga @rootandbones
2 tsp of Reishi @rootandbones
1 tsp of cinnamon .
1/2 a cub of coconut yogurt
1 tbsp of acai powder
1 tbsp of maple syrup .
1) Just take all your waffle ingredients and blend them till smooth. (Depends how big your bananas are you might need less milk)
2) Use a waffle maker to make these beauties. (Makes three small waffles)
3) Just mix all yogurt ingredients in a bowl and voila just serve with any fruits or some fried plantains. .
