After pneumonia, I was down a little over 10 pounds. It was frustrating to basically be back to where I originally started on my fitness journey.
I dropped down to only 26% muscle mass and now I'm currently at 29.5%. I gained 5 pounds since and it may be hard to tell much of a difference between the month and a half of training. However, I am trying to take this bulk slow so I don't add extra body fat. I recently just changed my program to spark up some more muscle growth.
I have been really enjoying the process more than usual lately. I had hit a plateaux so if anything, this has brought back my fire. 🔥 I'm excited to see what I can achieve in the next month or so on this new program. I'm coming for all them #vegainzzz 😈💪🏽🌱 #aevigain #goperform
