Last night, @spinneysdubai hosted a Media Ramadan Event to highlight how people can stay fit and healthy through Ramadan, highlighting its key "Eat Well, Live Well"! It was an honor to be hosting the evening taking about ways people can manage nutrition throughout Ramadan. "Eating well to live well" means choosing nutrient rich food that provide more nutrition than calories per bite. Consuming fruits and vegetables is just one way to get more nutrient rich foods in your diet. Eating healthy does not require increased preparation time in the kitchen or adding significant cost to your grocery bill. Know what you are eating is key!
