Just wanted to give a shout out to a client of mine @smashlie77 ! Her results speak for themselves! But this post is about more than results it's about how mentally strong ash needed to be to achieve this result. It doesnt happen over night. It is a lifestyle. She has tried and failed plenty of times and is happy to admit that trying fad diets, cutting carbs, eating barely anything, ect. Now she has an acl rupture and needs surgery and yet she hasn't missed a session and is still working towards losing more body fat. Take your time guys make achievable goals and dont get sucked into the quick fix option.
