The sun popped out a little today on my run which was very kind of it...so did the wind....the wind wasn't as shy as the sun and stayed around all day!
On Monday rather than rest I decided to go for a recovery run and it felt great. I'm trying to add another day of running to my week to increase the km spread rather than loading the km onto fewer days. So usually I'd run 4 days and do 2-3 days of strength work (never in the gym though!). This week I'll do 5 days of running and 2 days of strength work.
Today's run was a steady 4:55 against the wind and on the return leg I averaged 4:45. Then I did 5 reps of my 117 step stairs up the cliff....feeling pretty good so far!
