"Life starts after coffee.."
One of my colleague and coffee buddy taught me how to enjoy coffee. Started from frappucino (coffee ice blended) to cafe latte then I started to loved single origin. Started from the hand of barista then I started to make my own coffee. -
When I have no time, I just go to @cartcoffee and order their manual brew. They used to make their coffee with Aceh Gayo or Mandailing or Simalungun (if I'm not mistaken) but it's been a month they use their "special coffee flores" Flores Bajawa. When I read on their small blackboard, I spontanious said to myself, "Tumben bener pake Flores Bajawa.." #florescartcoffee -
Since it has mid-body acidity, nutty, caramel, and also got taste chocolate, I used to make it using 'tubruk' method with condensed milk additional (it's the easiest way, right? 😂). Its unique taste never fail me. The sweet (not too much) of condensed milk, just make its taste get better and you're ready to start your (maybe the craziest) working day.
