The weekend is over, let the hard work begin! Here's a good workout to do with your partner or friend: tabatas, while pulling your partner! You can't see the bike that well in this video, but your partner will be on a 🚴, holding down the rear brakes. Meanwhile, you'll strap on a hip belt and pull your partner. For 20 seconds, sprint AS HARD AS YOU CAN! For ten seconds, stop completely and catch your breath (or try 😉). Do this for 4 minutes (8 reps!), then recover for 4 minutes. Repeat 2 more times (3 sets total!). Focus on your running form: hips forward, run forefoot. Word of warning, you WILL feel like you're going to hurl 🤢, but just remember the positives - this will make you faster and you'll gain some great butt muscles 😁😜Have fun 😊 Thanks to @kkrewsh for being my bike sherpa, and @ryanatkinsdiet for his video skillz after surviving this workout himself.
