Hi guys! It's me, the girl behind the chair. Not sure where I'm looking, but I promise I'll work on my selfie game 👀
To all my new followers I wanted to introduce myself + say hi 👋🏻 So I was thinking today + a couple of things came to mind.
1. I love toning, but toning should extenuate + compliment the color you have lifted it to (if not, it'll fade to the original color you started with). If you're wanting to get to a platinum color, but lifted the hair to an orange level + put an ashy toner over it hoping to get to platinum, you won't achieve it. Before toning make sure your base color is what it needs to be.
2. Throw perfection out the window. There is never a perfect color. Perfect color could be imperfect color to someone else. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder (I am a perfectionist + constantly have to remind myself this). It's your work + if you're satisfied, then consider it perfect. Remember we are all a work in progress. No one has reached perfection.
The end 😘
