Wednesday Words of advice (things you can do outside of training)⚽️⚽️⚽️ ➡️Visualization🔑 - the process of creating a mental image or intention that you want to occur in real life. ⬇️ ▪️Your mind is the greatest tool you’ll have in this universe 🧠 🌙
It’s more powerful than you can ever imagine. I have many players that ask and message me on ways to get better or certain drills I can suggest for their development. And although training is an unavoidable and essential part of growth, so are the other things outside the pitch. A big one for me is Visualization. It has many scientific benefits such as enhancing strength, elevates testosterone, decreases stress, etc. I can go on forever on this topic but here are 3 points that can help an athlete or anyone trying to seek growth and development ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1. If it’s a certain goal, picture it in your mind like it is already completed.
2. Learn to think positive even if there outside forces trying to bring your dreams and beliefs to an end.
3. Lastly, Believe in yourself and the power that your mind has. You can do It.
