Warmup: 5-10mins of any low intensity activity followed by dynamic stretching.
5 Sets of 5:
*Use weight or assistance as necessary.
One arm Curl to OH press x Max
*Every time you max out switch back to 30 swings then change arms.
Do 3 sets per arm.
Use between (25-40lb)
Diamond pushups x 100 reps.
*Aim for as few sets as possible.
Finish with Deadhangs💀
3 x max with 1 minute rest between sets.
