Some thoughts on the latest Lincoln Nautilus:
- one really good thing it the black background of the digital cockpit ensuring good readability,
- there seems to be an information structure which is in fact visible & makes the look & feel really clean,
- it has integrated amazons alexa & has much more cool functions.
- it‘s really hard to understand the logic behind the usage of typography: have a look at the right area of the first shot & the usage of text elements & units, - In the second shot - the economy mode, see the info in the right circle, an assistance icon, the set speed with a line on it & both are almost ”inside” the ”MPH”...
The same on the multifunctional steering wheel: so much text on a very small area.
These are in fact typical errors that continue in many new vehicles and I wonder why...
