Alllllright. Now that I've had a little bit of time for everything to sink in (although I don't think it's going to fully sink in for a while) I just want to say, once again, thank you so incredibly much for all of the support from family, friends, the KY bowling community, just everybody that has reached out to me this past week. It really does mean the world knowing I have so many people that care and want to see me be the absolute best that I can be. Thanks a bunch for waiting through the baseball game to watch the show air too! It's tough when your opponent shoots 289 against you but I had such a good time regardless and she was absolutely killing it so way to go Cherie!
Big big BIG thank you to Cecil Scarboro, Rob Gotchall, and Mike Calderon for helping me out all week! Whether it was talking lane play, drilling up new equipment, ball surface/changes, whatever it was, one of them (or all of them) were there to help me. Also, to Dave Wodka for getting me on the map with EBI and now allowing me to officially be part of the staff! Without throwing the best brand in the biz I wouldn't have gotten this far!
A bunch of thank yous to my roomies Jerracah Heibel, Elise Bolton, and Nate Garcia for cheering me on from the sidelines, making me laugh an insane amount, giving some input with ball changes (thanks for telling me to switch to the Kinetic, Elise), and just being there for me in general all week!
Lastly, thank you to both my mom and dad getting me one of the greatest graduation presents I've ever received- an entry into the Queens. My mom flew down Tuesday morning just to be with me on the show because she "absolutely could not miss that for anything!!!" They're the hardest working people I know (everyone knows my dad rarely misses a work day, even if he's sick) and continuously set an incredible example to me and my siblings. I love you, mom and dad!! Also, there was my coach B.j. Hines. Without him I would not be nearly the athlete I am today. Thanks, coach, for always putting in that extra time and TRULY believing in me, especially when I never fully did! Seriously everyone, THANKS again! #TeamEBI #VISE #USBCQueens
