Low Bar Squat Clean off blocks - 192 kg (423 lb)
Organizing my videos from the past few years and stumbled across this. I had convinced myself that by not pulling the bar as high on my deltoids I could move more weight and therefore recruit more muscle fibers. Then my wrists started getting sore from my elbows jarring into my knees so I stopped.
None of this is serious, I really just used to let myself become sloppy when I became fixated on how much weight was on the bar rather than how well I was performing the movements. It's about the quality of the movements first, THEN weight on the bar second.
