Accesssory day and an end the the first week of this training block. I did some other things, but not all videoed. Taking it easy on these front squats with 245x2x5 to get a feel for them again(mobility needs to be stepped up and i forgot my heeled shoes). The JM press variation on the smith machine is much easier on the shoulder joint and lets you focus on the purpose of the movement better than the free bar motion so its worth a shot. Disclaimer, dont go heavy on these, at least the first few weeks. I do these not only for the tricep strength factor, but to strengthen tendons around my elbow so inherently this movement is tough on the elbows so going light at first is recommended(as i am doing currently). Cant forget your back exercises either. A common mistake is that usually people do more pressing than pulling and thats not good for the shoulders, because you will inevitably build an imbalance(raise your hand if you have shoulder pain, now keep your hand up while youre sitting there if your shoulders are slightly hunched forward, bingo theres your problem. Strengthen your back,side note it could be that you never stretch as well,but doing back exercises should make you stretch). The last clip is my favorite exercise to focus on the rear delts. This is much more focused since your chest is being supported so you cant jerk the weight around and HAVE to use your muscles not you ability to manipulate momentum. Annnnnndddd by have a great night.

3 Really common Fat Loss Mistakes…. -
1. You're Drinking your Calories… -
You don't need me to tell you that Coke is a poor choice, in fact, a can is roughly 300 calories, choose diet drinks (forget the bullshit you read about aspartame, its fine), a can of diet coke is 2 calories… -
You do the maths…. -
2. You're eating back your exercise calories… -
You go to the gym, you burn 800 calories, so you think you'll have that pizza, except, that 800 calories you burned. More like 200! Fitness bands are great, but they are fairly inaccurate, and people also tend to overestimate how hard they work in the gym or how many calories they are actually burning… So, 200 out, and a pizza load in… -
3. You're not eating enough Protein… -
Protein is the most filling of the macronutrients, if your dieting you're gonna be hungry, eat more protein and manage your hunger better, fewer cravings, fewer binges, more fat loss, oh and it has the added bonus of helping you recover better, maintain muscle mass, and generally perform better.. -
When it comes to fat loss, calories are king, you won't lose fat without being in a calorie deficit, its simple, maths, and thermodynamics… -
