Tonight I had one of the best workout πŸ‹πŸ» ever had for a long time, where I felt the benefit of eatingπŸ₯•πŸπŸ₯’ constantly throughout the day, where the musclesπŸ’ͺ where in pain and and asking me to keep going, where the energyπŸ”‹ was at the top despite the only 4 hours of sleep😱. I would love to thank @coachrockyu again for last Friday. After our seminar he put his hands on my shoulder and ask loudly "HEY, are you joining the 28 days challenge?" I signed up straightaway. "If someone offers you an amazing opportunity, but you're not sure you can do it, say yes! And learn how to do it later." (Richard Branson)

In the menu today we find: - quinoa with eggs
- brown rice with chicken/ egg and tuna
- plenty of veggies and a bit of fruit around

"There is always something new to learn and feel each Sunday"πŸ™πŸ»βš‘οΈπŸ” Starting with an amazing HIIT training πŸ†organised by the fantastic @coachrockyu πŸ‡­πŸ‡°πŸ’ͺwhere the fun and intense exercise had made us laughπŸ˜‚ and heart-pumped❀️~ In the afternoon the amazing team of the 28 days challenge I will be going through had taken some measurements of my sizes and hold a small talk about what the people committed to undertake this body transformation will go though.
In the evening, another small run just to keep the momentum going and not let myself back into the trap of "comfort zone"😴 again!

You become the average of the 5 people you hang out with, isn't it so right? So if this is true better to stick with like minded, healthy individuals that want the best out of life!

'Cause some nights, dinner just is not a thing. Chips and a quick pico de gallo come in reeeeal handy on nights like these! Saw this trick on the Food Network yesterday - throw your store bought tortilla chips in the oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes, sprayed with olive oil and chili lime or chipotle spice. So much more delicious than straight out of the bag!
