Knowledge is power. Often it seems like people misunderstand this concept. Knowledge should be acquired to have power of your fellow man, but instead knowledge is the power to better yourself. It grants the ability ( the power) to become better than your previous self. It is the power to understand what you don't know and power to turn it into a strength.
Nutrition as always been a weakness of mine, because of my body type a struggled more with weight gain then weight loss. So when deciding what aspects I want to improve on I went with bettering my knowledge of nutrition.
Obtaining my fitness nutrition specialty will give me the power to help those who are currently struggling with weight whether they want to gain it or lose it.
